Born in 1946. Received an MFA in Oil Painting from The American University, Washington DC, and trained in Advanced Abstract Art, The Art League, Alexandria, Virginia, US. Delna is on the faculty of Smithsonian Associates, Washington; The Art League and The Vanderzee School of Art in Alexandria, Virginia. Her works have been exhibited in India and the US.
