Born in 1965. Bachelor of Fine Arts, Government College of Art and Craft, Kolkata, and Master of Fine Arts, College of Art, Delhi. Has held over forty three solo shows and participated in several art camps and group shows in India and abroad. Has exhibited in Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, France, United Kingdom and the USA. Recipient of several awards worldwide, including an award from the Royal Water Color Society, London, in 2002.
