Born in 1941. Studied at the Government College of Art, Kolkata, Hornsey College, London, and the Rietvald Academy, Amsterdam. Recipient of a UNESCO fellowship for advanced studies in Graphic Design and Illustration. Has held several solo exhibitions of his work,and participated in group shows in India and Europe. His work is in several public and private collections.
