Gallery Art.Motif held its first Artist Residency in August 2015. Four artists - Ganesh Gohain, John Tun Sein, Kiyomi Talaulicar and Santana Gohain - spent a week at ‘Odli Moloi’, a beautiful field-facing property in the village of Tivim, in North Goa.

This exhibition features works created by the artists while in Goa, and in the six months following. The exhibition will be presented at the India Art Fair, from the 28th to the 31st of January, 2016, and will continue at the gallery thereafter till February 29th, 2016.

The artists spent their time experiencing and being inspired by the lushness of Goan monsoon, old Portuguese architecture, and the peacefulness of slow-paced Goan village life. The residency concluded with presentations and an interactive session with the audience at Sunaparanta, Goa Centre for the Arts, in Panjim.
