Born in 1964. Received a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Painting from M.S. University, Baroda and a Master’s degree in Painting from the Royal College of Art, London. Recipient of the Erasmus Award - Hochschule der Kunste, Berlin, Germany in 1993; the Lalit Kala Akademi Award in Printmaking in 1991; and an INLAKS Foundation Scholarship. Her work is represented in several public and private collections including the Lalit Kala Akademi, Ahmedabad; INLAKS Foundation, London; Royal College of Art, London; Peabody-Essex Museum, Boston; and the Jehangir Nicolson Collection, Mumbai.
