Born in 1963. Obtained a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Kala Bhavan, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan. Recipient of merit scholarships from Kala Bhavan, a National Merit Scholarship and a Junior Fellowship from the Government of India. Participated in the 1st International Print Biennale at Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal in 1989. Has held several solo shows and participated in group exhibitions in India and abroad, including the Santiniketan Show at the Henry Moore Gallery, Royal College of Art, London.
