Shobha Broota
Born in 1943. Studied at the College
of Art, Delhi. Recipient of several awards, including the AIFACS
award, an award from the Sahitya Kala Parishad, and a fellowship
from the Ministry of Culture. She has held solo exhibitions of her
work in India, Europe, Australia and UK. Her work is represented
in the collection of the National Gallery of Modern Art, Delhi,
and international museums and institutions.
