Ghare Born in Madhya Pradesh in 1951.
Studied Fine Arts and Applied Graphics at the Sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai,
where she received a gold medal in 1971. Recipient of the Amrita Shergil Fellowship
for creative work in art, a fellowship from the Government of India, and a National
Award at the National Exhibition in Bangalore in 2001. Has held exhibitions of
her work in India and the USA. Her work is represented in several public and private
